David H. Seaman, M.D.
Dr. Seaman has proudly served the Canton and Plymouth, Michigan communities since 1978. He is a specialist in the care of children and adults with allergies and allergic disorders. Dr. Seaman is board-certified in pediatrics as well as in allergy, asthma and immunology.
Dr. Seaman received his medical degree from Dalhousie University Medical School in Nova Scotia, Canada. He completed a pediatric residency as well as a fellowship in allergy and clinical immunology at the University of Michigan and Mott Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Seaman is on staff at several area hospitals:
- St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti / Ann Arbor
- Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn
- Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, MI
Dr. Seaman is a fellow of both the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Michigan State Medical Society, the Michigan Asthma and Allergy Society and the American Medical Association. He is a past president of the Michigan Allergy and Asthma Society, and in the past served as the Medical Director for Camp Michimac, a summer camp for children with significant asthma.
In 2003, the Michigan chapter of the Allergy and Asthma Foundation of America honored Dr. Seaman with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Steven V. Stryk, M.D.
Dr. Stryk is a specialist in the care of children and adults with allergies and allergic disorders. He is board-certified in allergy, asthma and immunology. He is also an expert on the care of children and adolescents with primary immune deficiencies. He graduated with honors from the University of Michigan and received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School.
Dr. Stryk completed a pediatric residency at the University of Michigan Medical Center and a fellowship in allergy, asthma and immunology at Cardinal Glennon Children’s, St. Louis University, and the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in St. Louis.

He is also an assistant professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in Rochester, Michigan, as well as a renowned guest lecturer throughout the United States.
Dr. Stryk is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, the Michigan State Medical Society and the Michigan Asthma and Allergy Society.
Dr. Stryk is nationally recognized as one of America’s most prominent allergy and asthma physicians; since 2007, he has been selected by Harvard’s Best Doctors in America, and he was voted by his peers as one of the top doctors in metro Detroit by StyleLine and Hour magazines.
